pulling out words and not hair
I’m ashamed to admit that I suffer from Trichotillomania or hair pulling. I started when I was a child, and though I was able to control it in the past, recent events from work, my parent’s condition, my diet, and our finances had led me to pulling my hair more aggressively. I know I’ve gone overboard because now I feel a bald patch in my head.

a not-so biggest loser post
I’ve been watching the Biggest Loser and sometimes I cant help but feel depressed when I do my own weigh-in at the end of the week and see I only lost 2-3 pounds.
I see them working their butts off. Sweat streaming down their faces. I also have that and get a little faint sometimes. But really now…how can one lose 18 or 20 pounds that fast? How long is the period from the last weigh...
